Rohit Shetty's multi starer film 'Dilwale' doing very good at the box office, the film has started well in its first weekend. The Shahrukh and Kajol starrer film were have very high expectations but it doesn't go up to the mark.
According to the trade analyst Taran Adarsh, Dilwale has collected 123.88 crores till its second weekend. Taran Adarsh tweeted : Dilwale doesn't witness major spurt in biz, despite holidays. [Week 2] Fri 8.11 cr, Sat 6 cr, Sun 7.12 cr. Total: ₹ 123.88 cr.
With this collection report 'Dilwale' has became the third highest opening weekend grosser film of the year 2015 after Salman Khan's starrer two films 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' and "Prem Ratan Dhan Payo' which are on the top 2 positions of this list.
This is not good collection report for Shahrukh Khan because taking about to his previous released films who had record breaking opening weekend. Shahrukh Khan starrer films 2014's release film 'Happy New Year' had earned 108.86 crores in its weekend and 2013's release film 'Chennai Express' had earned 100.35 crores in its first weekend.
Dilwale is competing with the same date release film 'Bajirao Mastani' who received good growth on box office after its first day collection. The clash has divided the collection of the films and both films are giving tough competition to each other.
