Mirzya Box office collection - The most talked about movie Mirzya has hit the screen on 7th October 2016. The film already has made lots of buzz for his cast & crew and the fans were crazy to watch this film in the theater. The director Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra has made a folk tale of Mirza-Shahiban in cinematic version. There are lots of expectations from the film and Mirzya the total box office collection so far is 10.38 crores.
The film is a debut movie of its leading star cast Harshvardhan Kapoor son of Anil Kapoor and Saiyami Kher niece of actress Tanvi Azmi and Shabana Azmi. The famous lyricist and writer Gulzar is making a comeback as a writer through this film after a long gap. The film is a story of Mirza-Shahiban which tells that how the love of Mirza-Shahiban got viva. With this, the director also has focused on the current generation Mirza-Shahiban (Munish and Suchitra).
Their love story is also like Mirza and Shahiban and it also unfolds like their tragic ending. However, this time, director Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra has revealed why Shahiban broke all the arrows of Mirza in his own way. Although the film is not getting good reviews but now it has to see that the audience is interesting in the film or not. The film has not got a good opening in the theaters as the opening shows were very weak.
The film has made in the budget of 46 crores which is very high for any debut actors. The film's production cost is 36 crores and promotions & print took 10 crores. The film has released in only 1700 screens. So now the film is all depended on word of mouth.
