Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor reached to R. Balki's office to meet him and after some time of this meeting, Sonam Kapoor announced on her Instagram account that she is going to be a part of Akshay Kumar starring movie Padman. Sonam Kapoor wrote on Instagram that she is happy that she is a part of that important project. She posted thrilled to be a part of this prestigious project. Let me tell you earlier Akshay and Sonam Kapoor have seen together in Anees Bazmi directorial film Thank You. R.Balki who last directed movie Ki and Ka will direct the film Padman. Akshay Kumar's wife former actress Twinkle Khanna is producing this film. With this film, Twinkle is starting her production house. Radhika Apte is also playing a leading role in the film. Sonam Kapoor slammed Donald Trump The film will release in the year 2017. Recently Akshay Kumar himself shared the movies of 2017 in which he will be seen. This is to notice that after Neerja, this is the first film which Sonam has announced. Although she also announced Veere Di Wedding but currently the film is delayed because of Kareena Kapoor's pregnancy and motherhood period. Sonam and Kareena at Koffee with Karan Now whenever Kareena will allow shooting then the shooting of this film will start. Till then Sonam Kapoor will shoot Padman. Recently there were the rumors that Sonam also has signed Rajkumar Hirani directorial Sanjay Dutt biopic opposite Ranbir Kapoor but nothing has finalized till now on it.
