A defamation suit siled against Hrithik Roshan's ex-wife Suzzanne Khan seeking Rs 15 crore as damages on Tuesday by managing partner of a real estate firm for allegedly making defamatory statements against him. Lawyer Ranjit Shetty of Mudith Gupta, Managing Partner of Emgee Properties told that he has filmed a suit against Sussanne Khan in Senior civil division court. Court has decided the hearing on 20th July. Emgee Properties filed a complaint against Sussanne Khan for alleged fraud of Rs 1.87 crore with Panaji police. Khan has challenged the FIR before Goa Bench of the Bombay High Court. However, he Gupta has filed a suit against her on various media statement against him.
