After making a decent mark in the industry with his movies like, ‘F.A.L.T.U’, ‘Ungli’, ‘PINK’ and ‘Dear Zindagi’ actor Angad Bedi, is all set to wear a director’s hat for a documentary on his father and former cricketer Bishan Singh Bedi’s life.
The actor would be encompassing the cricketer’s life before and after becoming an outstanding cricketer of the Indian cricket team.
Angad Bedi, who himself played cricket for the Delhi in the Under 16 and 19 teams, wishes people to know his father’s cricket journey and his personal journey. The reason he is planning a documentary is that he feels that documentaries showcase the reality as compared to the movies.
He wishes to showcase his father’s larger than life personality, his rapport with other players and a lot of other incidences from his personal and professional life that needs to be told. Everyone easily became fond of him and his friends popularly called him “BISH” and how he treated his game, Cricket, all above everything in his life.
Angad also shared that the main reason he wants to showcase his life’s journey is that it can be a real source of inspiration for upcoming cricketers like it has been for him.
