Being behind the bars in regard to the popular Neeraj Grover murder case, Kannada actress Maria Susairaj has now been held in Ahemdabad. She has now been caught in order of doing fraud with the people.
After the Vadodara police received the reports of fraud, they contacted the High Court and it was being told that she is reaching Naroda after after Gujarat high court rejected her anticipatory bail plea. She was then arrested there by the crime branch.
Along with Susairaj, four other people were held who had till now done fraud of 2.6 crore, by faking the people to Haz trip.The Vadodara crime branch police Rahul Patel has said that they has started a travel agency where they used to fake people for Haz tickets and do the fraud. The had promised the travelers to give air tickets at 25% discount. At the rate of 12000 per tickets they had done booking for 1200 people. Although the real amount of travelling was 17000.
He added that Maria has even convinced two other travel agent Zaid to work along with her. When Zaid reached the airport along with the passengers then they were told that the tickets are being cancelled due to some technical reason. When the passengers asked for their money back, than they refused to give it. So they registered complaint to the police.
Maria is although saying that she is innocent. She said that she had met the people who registered complaint in a causal visit to Vadodara. She added that she had never promised anyone to offer air tickets.
She was being arrested by the police in regard to the murder of Neeraj Grover in the year 2008. She was being put behind the bars for 3 years, for diminishing the proofs. Grover was being murdered in the flat of Maria. She was being jailed in the year 2011.
