Noor released this Friday 21st April 2017. Sonakshi Sinha starrer Noor performed poorly at the box office. The movie found no takers at the ticket window. Noor opened very poorly, as the movie collected just Rs. 1.54 Crore on the first day. The movie shows not much growth on the second day, as it collected another Rs. 1.89 crore on Saturday. The movie fell flat on Sunday by earning just Rs. 2.09 Crore. Overall, the movie weekend box office collection just Rs. 5.52 crore on its first weekend.
The first weekend collection of Noor is very poor, which means the movie is not looking to go anywhere from here. Noor was a women centric movie, which had a lot to depend on word of the mouth, as it has no face value. Noor is looking to be another flop in Sonakshi Sinha career. The actress has been working on some women centric film, her last film was also a heroine oriented movie, which also didn’t perform well at the box office.
Noor Box Office Collection
If we look at the first weekend collection of Noor, it seems that the movie will find very tough to even cover the promotional cost in its lifetime. The movie is going to be a flop, as the weekend trend shows that it won’t have much effect on the weekdays. The film had to perform at least double of what it earned in the first weekend to cover the production costs, but it is not the case.
