The much awaited project of producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra's and directed by Bijoy Nambiar Wazir has been released on 8th January. The film already had made buzz before its release because of its promotion, film's first teaser had been released 8 months before the release date. The audience loved the trailer because of its suspenseful content.
According to trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweet the film is earning very slowly in the theaters. Taran Adarsh tweeted : Wazir [Week 2] Fri 1.69 cr, Sat 2.14 cr. Total: ₹ 33.89 cr. India biz... Overseas total: ₹ 16.23 cr.
This shows how the film is performing in the theaters. However Amitabh Bachchan and Farhan Akhtar starrer flick had made in the budget of 35 crores, so it will easily recover the investment and may be yield some profit. If we talk about the worldwide collection film has been earned 50.12 crores so far.
If we calculate the overall business of the film so, it shows - film made in the budget of 35 crores and film has earned 50.12 crores. Which shows that the film has 15 crores profit in its collection. So, this film doesn't become a loss venture for Vidhu Vinod Chopra.
John Abraham, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Manav Kaul, and Aditi Rao Hayderi has also played an important role in the film. However John and Neil pays a guest appearance in the film.
