Varun Dhawan Biography

Actor Varun Dhawan is the new generation actor of Bollywood. Though he is just a few movies old in the Industry yet the actor has established himself as a Star in the Industry.  The actor is the younger son of film director David Dhawan and was born on 24th April 1987.

The actor started off his journey by working as an assistant director to Karan Johar in the movie ‘My Name Is Khan’. And later he made his acting debut with him in ‘Student Of The Year’ in the year 2012. In the movie, the actor was seen with two more debutants and was appreciated for his fine acting and dancing skills.

Next, the actor appeared in the movie ‘Main Tera Hero’ which was directed by his father and was a remake of Telugu movie ‘Kandireega’. It was a romantic comedy movie that wasn’t well received at the Box Office, but the actor’s comic timing was much appreciated in the movie.

The Same year came actor’s ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’ where the actor was seen as flirtatious Punjabi boy opposite Alia Bhatt. The movie was another success of the two actors at the Box Office. In fact, it was one of the top-grossing movies of that year.

To expand and showcase the broader canvas of his acting talent, Dhawan picked up his first intense and serious role and he pulled it off with élan with his remarkable acting talent. And the movie was, ‘Badlapur’.

The Same year in 2015, he gave two more Box Office success movie, ‘ABCD 2’ and ‘Dilwale’. In 2016 the actor did he brothers directorial venture ‘Dishoom’ and in 2017 ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’.

The actor is not in hurry and intelligently picking up interesting stories to showcase his abilities as an actor.
