Saif Ali Khan has been in news lately, for his movies ‘Kaalakaandi’ and ‘Chef’ and web series with Netflix titled ‘Sacred Games’. His work line up looks quite interesting and it is good to see that actor is expanding his audience by picking up interesting projects.
The actor’s ‘Kaalakaandi’ was much in talks lately when the teaser of the movie came out but soon the buzz around it phased away as the movie which was set to release on 8th of September, cancelled its release and we haven’t heard from the makers since then apart from official press release that “a new date shall be announced shortly”..
Recently when actor Deepak Dobriyal who was promoting his upcoming movie ‘Lucknow Central’ was asked about his character in the movie ‘KaalaKaandi’ where is revealed some interesting details about the movie. He said, “The movie has three different stories that are interlinked. And interestingly all the three stories are shot with three different cameras. The audience will get to see 10-12 experiments in this movie which is a rarity.”
The reason for this delay was said to be the fact that the team hasn’t had sufficient time to complete the censor process after the CBFC suggested cuts.
