Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Padmavati’ is just around the corner for its release; the movie will hit the screens on 1st December and is expected to be one of the biggest movies of the year. It stars Deepika Padukone, Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh in the lead role, the trailer of the film was released last month and it impressed everyone, all the three actors were looking amazing in the trailer.
We have already heard the first song ‘Ghoomar’ from the movie; it is one everyone’s playlist right now. Well, now the maker shave released the second song from the movie titled ‘Ek Dil Ke Jaan’, it shows the beautiful love story of Rani Padmini and Raja Ratan Singh, which is played by Shahid Kapoor and Deepika Padukone in the movie, this is the first time we will see Shahid and Deepika together on screen and they are looking awesome together, their new chemistry will definitely work.
The song gives us the vibe of Bhansali's previous songs like ‘Laal Ishq’ from ‘Goliyon Ki Rasleela: Ramleela’ and ‘Aayat’ from ‘Bajirao Mastani’. Now, Bhansali’s music in his movies is similar to his all the movies, we can see that ‘Ghoomar’ was similar to ‘Deewani Mastani’ and ‘Nagada Sang Dhol’, and we also heard that another song from the movie featuring Ranveer Singh will be out, which will be similar to ‘Malhari’ and ‘Ram Ji Ki Chal’, we are not criticizing SLB here, it’s actually good, it shows his style of filmmaking.

The song is sung by Shivam Pathak and he has done a quite good job here. Lyrics are written by A M Turaz, who SLB’s long-term collaborator, he was the writer of ‘Aayat’. This song will definitely impress the viewers.
We can just wait for this movie to release and watch the rise because it is for sure going to Box Office monster.
