The Delhi High Court today has removed the ban on broadcast of Hindi film 'Grand Masti'. To make it worth watch on Television, 218 scenes have been removed.
Allowing the broadcast of the film Judge G Rohini and chief Judge bench of Justice Jayant Nath explained that the in respect of the provisions, the regulations should be strictly followed under film Cinematography Act, 1952 .
The order came on a petition filed by a media group which allow them to broadcast the film on the channel requested because the High Court on August 21 banned the telecast of the film on TVs.
August 21 court order came on a petition to stop the film broadcast on TV by Chand Idara request.The petition was filed by his lawyer Gaurav Bansal.
