Prakash Jha's film Jai Gangaajal co production comany has made allegations on him for doing cheating with them. They also have registered a complaint. Play entertainment CEO Milind Dabke has made allegations that whatever contract has been signed between Prakash Jha and his company, Prakash has broke all the promised. Milind said, According to a contract for film Jai Gangaajal we have not got the original copy of the film and due to this our production house is facing so much loss. We are facing loss because without original copy we can't do any business deal or any satellite deal with any TV channel. We can't sell television satellite rights without original copy of the film. Play entertainment also said that besides Prakash Jha one another co production company has made contract of selling all copyrights of Arshad Warsi starring Fraud Saiya but the company sold music rights of the film to another Music company which shows that during the contract the company made music right deal hide in the contract. However Prakash Jha company officer is denying the allegations. Jaai Gangaajal is a sequel movie of Prakash Jha and Priyanka Chopra played leading role in the flick. It was a sequel of 2003 released Ajay Devgn starring flick Gangaajal which was based on the corruption of Bihar and it went hit at the box office.
