Ever since the trailer of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Padmavati’ dropped, it is making the news. It became the most watched Hindi trailer in just 24 hours, even beat ‘Justice League’ trailer, which was released on the same day. It shows that this film is going to be a Blockbuster without a doubt; the look of all three actors Shahid Kapoor, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh is amazing. The budget of this film is over 150 crores but as the things are looking right now, it will easily cross 150 crores.
Now, as we know, the movie has been in a controversy before; even the sets were burned and Sanjay Leela Bhansali was beaten by the Jai Rajputana Sangh. Well, they are back now and they are threating to burn the theatres if any romantic scene will be shown between Rani Padmini, which is played by Deepika Padukone and Alauddin Khalji, played by Ranveer Singh.
The latest news says that The Jai Rajputana Sangh met the management of the several cinema halls and multiplexes to warn them against the screening of the movie ‘Padmavati’. The founder of Jai Rajputana Sangh, Bhanwar Singh Reta said that they will not tolerate any sort of distortion with history.
He also said that they will only let the movie pass if they will be completely satisfied with the story. Threating the makers, Reta stated that their members are trained in handling a large array of weapons ranging from swords to AK 47 guns, and they won’t hesitate to use them.
Now, we don’t know what’s the story of ‘Padmavati’ really is, we will only know after watching the film. Let’s see what’s this film has. It will hit the screens on 1st December and expected to open big.
