Bombay High court has given interim relief to Comedian Kapil Sharma over Illegal constructions case. In the case of breaking illegal construction of Kapil's Versova's house, Bombay High court will do hearing on 23rd November. BMC had sent a notice to Kapil Sharma over breaking it. Before this Kapil accused BMC officer of taking the bribe. The high court on Monday stayed the interim implementation over demolition.
BMC has accused Kapil Sharma of Violation of environmental regulations on Versova situated office. Kapil Sharma kept denying such allegation. Actually, Kapil Sharma accused one officer of taking 5 Lacs Bribe for him. He even tagged PM Narendra Modi on twitter.
Let me tell you, Kapil Sharma stays on the 18th floor of DLH Enclave of Goregaon. BMC even sents him a notice on 28th April under Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act 351 for doing illegal construction in his flat. His lawyer Pradeep Thorat told bench of Justice Ranjit More and Anuja Prabhudesai that petition has been filed in High Court against DLH Limited notice. It's hearing it be done on 23 November. On his Justice More also ordered to join Kapil's petition with it and till then Its implementation is banned.
Kapil in this petition said to the court that BMC gave permission to the developer to construct 18 stories in March and April 2010. On 6th November 2013 full Occupation certificate was also released. After that, on 14th November 2014, Building and Factory department assistant engineer gave a notice for doing illegal construction in the flat. Kapil also gave the answer over this, but Municipal corporation did not accept his explanation. Later he filed a petition in Session court.
