Karishma Lawyer said, Sanjay did not fulfilled the financial commitment he had made at the time of filing the divorce case. Because of this, Karishma filed a new petition and withdraw the previous appeal consent. Karishma and Sanjay Kapur was married in 2003 and they have two children.
