Shahrukh Khan has been one of the biggest stars in the world. He has made a name for himself at the global level. He is a gift to Bollywood, which we do not see often.
He made his debut in 1992 with ‘Deewana’ and he went on to give cinematic gems like ‘Darr’, ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’, ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hia’, ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham’, ‘Kal Ho Na Ho’ and much more. Nobody thought ever thought that a TV actor will go on to become one of the Biggest Stars all over the world.
He started his career as an actor with TV shows like ‘Fauji’ and ‘Circus’; and when he got his big break in 1992, he took it and make most of it. He made a name for himself as the antagonist in the Bollywood, with his portrayal in the movies like ‘Barr’, ‘Baazigar’ and ‘Anjaam’, and then came ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’, which changed everything. From that point on he was the man.
After ‘DDLJ’, his films like ‘Dil To Pagal Hai’, ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’, ‘Mohabbaten’, ‘Kal Ho Na Ho’ but he didn’t just stay in that particular role, he was seen as an alcoholic in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Devdas’, he also played a NASA scientist in ‘Swadesh’, his portrayal of the coach of Indian National Women's Team in ‘Chak De India’ is iconic.
His accomplishment in Bollywood is unimaginable. For his contribution to the Industry, he was honoured with the Padma Shri by the Indian Government.
He got many congratulations from the various film stars like Shraddha Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor, Vaani Kapoor, Nakash Aziz, Diana Penty and much more. His close friend and filmmaker Karan Johar said that he was honoured to work with Shah Rukh Khan and grateful to have him as a friend.
