Plot- The Movie Jagga Jasoos is a story of Jagga, who opts to be a detective to find his missing Father. Jagga’s father leaves him at a boarding school promising that he will be back soon but never returns and Jagga grows up with a determination to uncover the mystery behind his missing father. Shruti who is a journalist by profession and is Jagga’s friend joins him in his quest. And then starts a memorable journey that sketches from India, Thailand to Morroco.
Review – The movie ‘Jagga Jasoos’ finally released today and in one word can be called a Visual Delight. It is funny, happy, entertaining, moving, emotional and utterly delicious to eyes. Ranbir is undoubtedly the best part of the movie one of his emotional scenes just before the interval leaves you spellbound with his impeccable acting skills.
The movie is undoubtedly another Gem created by Anurag Basu after his last movie ‘Barfi’. The Director and Actor this again got a subject and a storyline onscreen which is sure to give you goosebumps. A speech impaired boy, his quest, his conviction of finding the truth behind his missing father, the chase me if you can sequence, eccentric behaviour and many more things make movie Unique and is sure to keep you glued to your seats with fastened belts.
The cinematographer Rakesh Varman has created magic on screen and the visuals of the movie are breathtaking. The movie is a musical all through as Ranbir Kapoor can’t speak clear without singing.
The movie starts with introducing us to a little Jagga, who grows up to be Jagga Jasoos. Shruti (Katrina Kaif) shares Jagga’s journey in a comic series and the first half is full of adventure, taking us through Jagga’s childhood with Tooty Footy aka Badal Bagchi (Saswata Chatterjee).
Ranbir as Jagga is endearing and it is hard to not love him. He is popular in his boarding school too, as the one who helps to solve various cases and nab criminals, but he is yet to solve the most important case of his real life, where he has to find the reason how his father went missing and what led to his death.
