Aditya Roy Kapur and Shraddha Kapoor gave a huge hit of their career together in Aashiqui 2. The film was a great hit and the pair of Aditya and Shraddha became a favorite of many. Now director Shaad Ali who made films like Saathiya, Jhoom Barabar Jhoom, Bunty Aur Babli and more has made this film OK Jaanu which itself is a remake of Tamil super hit movie Ok Kanmini. Story The story of the film is about Adi (Aditya Roy Kapur) and Tara (Shraddha Kapoor) who met at Mumbai's railway station. Adi is fond of gaming and to develop the software he wants go America, on the other hand, Tara is an architect who has a dream to go Paris. Both wants to live together but marriage is not in their dictionary. Tara gets the shift to Adi's rental room whose landlord is Gopi Shrivastava (Naseeruddin Shah) who lives with his wife. The story takes turning point when Adi gets a chance to go America but until the time they both have fallen in love with each other. Now will they reunite or the story will take some turning points? You will get to see in the theaters. Performances Aditya Roy Kapur and Shraddha Kapoor have done good work and they have delivered good performances. Their chemistry sizzles on screen and they sometimes give you feel of the cute couple. Then Naseeruddin Shah, Leela Samson, and Karan Nath have played their parts perfectly. Direction Shaad Ali's direction is average but we have to praise the cinematography of Ravi K. Chandran but its story can be told in a better way. The first half of the story was mostly predictable. Music The music work of the film is something which we can say the best part of the film. Even if you are not enjoying the film you will watch it for the music. A.R. Rahman has done a very good job in this music of the film. Its song The Humma Song is already hit at the chartbusters.
