Critics have appreciated Naseeruddin Shah and Kalki Koechlin's film 'Waiting'. He has played Shiv Kumar character in the film and has proved that no other actor is as talented than he is in the industry. Naseeruddin appreciated many new actors but he also added that he don't likes Shahrukh Khan's acting. He said, 'I believe that new generation is more professional than old. In new generation many people have made their steam. He said, 'Akshay has proved himself as a great actor. He don't likes Shahrukh's acting but what he has achieved, that is appreciable. There are many talented actors like Irrfan Khan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Manoj Bajpai and Arshad Warsi. He also appreciated Aamir Khan. Naseer appreciated Kalki's acting. He siad, 'Kalki one day will become a big actress. She is the best actress till now. No other actress is better that Kalki right now. I am Fan of Kalki.' Naseer made fan of the concept of living the character in real. Naseer said, 'This American concept is rubbish that before becoming the character live it. Like I had to Shiv character, then I should have stayed hungry for it. But it is not like that. Acting is all about observation and imagination. He said on increase of films commercialism, I believe that only non sensible people who earn 100 crores thinks that put something in the film, scene should be entertaining, everyone don't think like that.
