Actor Salman Khan‘s movie ‘Kick’ that released in 2014 was one of his biggest hits ever. After a moderate response to his ‘Jai Ho’, Kick paved way for Salman to rule again at the box office and since then he hasn’t looked back.
The speculations of its sequel being made since a couple of years now and recent reports claimed that the script is being worked upon and now all the team is waiting for is to hit the floors soon. The movie is said to be released during Christmas 2019.
For the fans, it is indeed exciting news but there is one change. Unlike last time Salman and Jacqueline, who shared a sizzling chemistry in ‘Kick’, would not be seen together this time in the movie.
The news has come that the makers want a fresh pairing for ‘Kick 2’ as this one is going to be a very different. To take the franchise forward and to make the film bigger and better, they wanted an actress who hasn’t worked with Salman yet and according to our sources, Deepika Padukone will star in ‘Kick 2’ in place of Jacqueline and will be seen romancing Salman.
