After a successful team up last year in 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil', actor Ranbir Kapoor and director Karan Johar are set to collaborate again for a new project. The rumor mills are buzzing with the news that the duo is in a process of discussing things and have already had many meeting recently for the same. Also Ranbir's long time friend and director of 'Ye Jawani Hai Deewani' Ayan Mukherji was spotted with them for the meetings. Ranbir at present is busy wrapping up his Sanjay Dutt biopic, which is slated to release in December this year. He has another project in hand which is Ayan Mukherji's 'Dragon' with Alia Bhatt. Looking at Ranbir's career graph, Ranbir has been struggling to get back on his good movies track for quite some time now. After giving a series of flops like 'Besharam', 'Roy' and 'Bombay Velvet', Ranbir got a breather with 'Tamasha' in 2015 and 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' in 2016. Now we hope that his upcoming movies do some good for him. The news about the Karan Johar and Ranbir Kapoor collaboration are yet not final but the speculations are that the news is still under wraps as the female lead of the movie has not been finalized. It is said that once the makers will zero down on the leading lady they will make an official announcement for the same. Another news that is surfacing is that it may star Superstar Shahrukh Khan as well. As Karan Johar is often heard speaking about his dream to cast Ranbir and Shahrukh together in a movie.
