Bhojpuri superstars, Manoj Tiwari and Ravi Kishan will be seen performing cameos in Farhan Akhtar's upcoming movie, 'Lucknow Central.' They have a tiny, yet significant part in the movie. Lucknow Central' is set fronting the backdrop of a jail, where Farhan plays the character of a prisoner, seeking to be a Bhojpuri singer and is a huge fan of Manoj Tiwari and adores him. Ravi Kishan has already shot his cameo and they shared a great performance relationship with each other. The movie is currently being shot in Lucknow itself, and the cameo with Manoj Tiwari will be executed once they are back in Mumbai. It was challenging to get both the Bhojpuri superstars for the movie together and it is indeed going to be interesting to watch them experience screen space with Farhan Akhtar.
Ravi who shot his portion in Mumbai, adds that despite doing a cameo, it is necessary to the script. 'It's a mighty role of a Chief Minister who resembles at a very significant position. I've previously shot for five-six days, another two-three days' work continues,' Ravi added. Ravi is all appreciation for Farhan, describing him as a 'thorough nobleman' and notifies that even when Farhan was not expected, he'd hang around to prompt them. 'His endurance and dedication are excellent and my honor for him has increased several turns.' Producer Nikhil Advani shares, 'We were pleased to turn Manoj Tiwari and Ravi Kishan, who are legends of Bhojpuri cinema, to play impressive cameos in the movie and their friendship with Farhan is to watch out for!' The movie is already building buzz for its gigantic jail set in Film City and its shoot is proceeding in full swing.
Ravi Kishan plays the role of a Chief Minister in the film. Even though his character has a short appearance, references disclose his character is necessary to the core story. Manoj Tiwari, who is currently involved with his parliamentary duties with Narendra Modi’s government, is also said to shoot for the movie in Mumbai in the coming days. Sources further reveal that Ravi Kishan and Manoj Tiwari will not be sharing screen space together.

Manoj and Ravi were last seen together in the 2006 Bhojpuri movie, 'Ganga', which also highlighted Amitabh Bachchan and Hema Malini. Both of their characters, even though they are cameos are also significant to the script. Ravi, who will be playing a Chief Minister, has already completed his portion in Mumbai. Kishan also admitted that while it would have been quite exciting to see both Manoj and him on screen together, while they do not share screen space. 'Lucknow Central' will be released on September 15.
