Almost a three years ago filmmaker Shoojit Sircar approved one script Runningshaadi.com and Taapsee Pannu and Amit Sadh were finalized for playing leading roles in the film. The film even got completed until the end of the year but when it comes to releasing it took more than two years. Now when the film has released but the film has lost its title but cutting dot com from the film. Story The story of the film is of Ram Bharose (Amit Sadh) from Bihar who starts doing the job in Amritsar in a wedding items shop. Bharose helps Nimmi (Taapsee Pannu) daughter of the owner of wedding item shops for some reason in all that he fall for Nimmi. But as soon Nimmi starts going college, she starts making college friends which eventually turns ignoring Ram Bharose. In the midst of all this, Ram leaves his job and starts a website by meeting friend Cyberjit (Arsh Bajwa) to arranging a marriage for running couples, whose name is Running Shaadi. The story takes forward and Nimmi again comes close to Ram Bharose and makes a plan to marry him, and runs away from home. But this Ram recalls his promise to his uncle of Bihar that he will marry to the girl who is his choice. Then lots of twist and turns come in the story. Performances Amit Sadh has done tremendous acting in the film but his character can be more effective by writing some lines for him. Taapsee Pannu's work is also good and other actors have done their work easily. Direction The director of the film Amit Roy has worked as cinematographer for many movies and now this film is his directorial debut. As he was a cinematographer so he has shown the locations of Punjab and Bihar very beautifully but he has failed when it comes to screenplay and execution. There are some points in the script when you feels the story has lost its path, it could have better. Music The music of the film is also something which has not gone in favor of the film, at the time of promotions where music plays an important role then this film's music didn't collect attention. Although when you watch the film you can feel comfort with the songs in the theater. Why to watch If you like to watch light romantic comedy movies then you can watch it but don't expect a nail bitter or amazing script from the film.
