Bollywood Salman Khan has accused Police for falsely implicating me in 2002 hit and run case. Salman says that he was not drunk on incident night and he was also not driving. Salman Khan has been freed by Bombay High Court in Hit and Run case. But now the case has gone in Supreme Court. Maharashtra Government has filed a petition in Supreme court by challenging the decision of High Court. Government did this appeal on 22 January and on government petition, Salman Khan has filed a counter affidavit. Salman has said in Affidavit that police is falsely implicating me in this case. He is innocent, He was not drunk that night. Nurullah Shekh who was dead in this accident, his wife and son has demanded compensation, in this regard they have filed a petition in supreme court. Let me tell you, in September 2002, Salman Khan's Land Cruiser was crashed into American Express Bakery, outside the bakery only Nurullah Shekh was sleeping with few people, Salman's car was on Nurullah Shekh, after that he was dead.
