He means that Misha's eyes are too weak from the camera flash, so he doesn't want anyone to take her photo. Shahid wrote of twitter, 'Unfortunate how some journos don't realize how bad 20 cameras flashing 2 feet away are for an infant's eyes. No common sense in their DNA.' Well, Shahid is not saying anything wrong, but fans also want to see this star kid very badly.
