High court on July 2104 transferred Jiah Khan's case to CBI and now after a year CBI has prepared a report. According to news, CBI will soon register a Charge sheet in this case. Sooraj and the Aditya Pancholi will be charged for pressuring Jiah to suicide. According to CBI officers,' We have proper evidence to put charges on Aditya and Sooraj Pancholi, in which we have their love letter, Facebook chats and mobile data. Including Watchman of the building, CBI inquired with the chef who was there with Pancholi family when he went to their house after Jiah suicide. CBI has even inquired with one of the Jewelry Designer, who is a witness of Jiah and Sooraj Affair.
