After a remarkable success in his debut ‘Hero’ with Salman Khan Films, Sooraj Pancholi, went absent from the Bollywood scene.
For all those wondering what the actor was up-to lately, for them the news is, that he was busy writing a book with his fitness trainer, Rajeev Singh.
The book on which the two have worked together is a health and fitness book that gives an insight on how to train the body and adapt a healthy lifestyle.
Sooraj recently said that fitness is something that he is extremely passionate about. When his trainer shared his idea of writing a book on fitness, he really liked the idea and decided to co-write the book with him and share his extensive knowledge on the subject.
The actor also said that he often had friends and family members taking his advice on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Even his posts on social media related to fitness used to get huge responses and questions from the readers. So that is what made him to jot down all his knowledge in a book for everyone’s reference.
The book shares detailed information about different work-out techniques and how to follow a healthy, balanced diet. As per the Actor, all his inputs in the book are very realistic and are so simple that everyone can incorporate them into their daily routine.
He said he has seen drastic changes in himself since the time he started working out and now he wishes to pass on the tips and techniques to everyone. Sooraj also have plans to launch a fitness application and probably a health café along with his sister, Sana.
