Plot - Soorma is the upcoming biopic of the hockey player Sandeep Singh, who was seriously injured after being hit by an accidental gunshot in Shatabadi train, while on his way to join the national team due to leave for the World Cup in Germany two days later. He was almost paralyzed for two years of his career and made a heroic return and established himself as a legit player once again. Diljit Dosanjh will play the role of Sandeep in the movie, while Taapsee Pannu and Angad Bedi will be in prominent roles and it will be directed by Shaad Ali.
