Sunny Deol son of veteran actor, Dharmendra and successful actor, director and producer is in news for saying no to K.V Vijayendra Prasad’s next project.
SS Rajamouli‘s father KV Vijayendra is one of the most sought-after writer in the film industry these days, after the blockbuster success of his last three films, namely, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Baahubali: The Beginning and Baahubali 2: The Conclusion.
When one has such blockbusters to their credit, any actor or filmmaker would love to work with him, but that’s not what exactly happened. For a quite some time the news was floating that Vijayendra is going to collaborate with Sunny Deol for a film titled ‘Mera Bharat Mahaan.’
But the recent reports by a daily news magazine suggests otherwise.
As per it, KV Vijayendra revealed that the project has now been shelved. And the reason for the same is the unavailability of Sunny Deol. He said, “That film with Sunny isn’t happening now; it’s shelved. He wants to concentrate on his son Karan’s debut”.
The writer KV Vijayendra Prasad, is currently basking in the glory of Baahubali 2: The Conclusion. The film has become the biggest blockbuster of Indian cinema in just 7 days of its release. He is also busy scripting Goldie Behl’s new television show, ‘Aarambh’.
Whereas Sunny Deol is busy with his son Karan’s debut film ‘Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas’, being shot in Manali.
This will be Sunny Deol’s third directorial venture after 1999’s ‘Dillagi’ and 2016’s ‘Ghayal Once Again.’
