Bigg Boss Contestant was presented in front of Saket court in the case of theft. A non-bailable warrant was issued against Swami Om Ji. Swami Ji was in Saket Court with Bigg Boss. During in court, for not being present at the previous hearing, so the court has fined him with Rs 30,000. After his hearing, the court has refused his Non-bailable warrant and has decided next hearing will be on 2th July 2017.
Saket Court of Delhi issued a non-bailable warrant against Bigg Boss contestant Swami Ji on the complaint of his brother in case of theft.
Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Satish Kumar gave an order to Swami om Ji to present in court on 3rd December and issued an arrest warrant and also forfeited his bail bond and surety bond.
CMM said that despite so many orders the accused did not appear. When looking at the file, we got to know that despite giving an order on 14th October 2016, still accused did not come, so the stay which was imposed on the non-bailable warrant of 8th November is not removed and against the order is given to issue one more non-bailable warrant against him.

The court said that application is granted on 8th November for exemption and with this order, stay is imposed on a Non-bailable warrant that he will come on 21 November, but he did not appear.

In November 2008, a FIR was registered against Swami Omji on a complaint by his younger brother Pramod Jha, who accused him of breaking the lock of his bicycle shop in Lodhi Colony here along with three men and stealing 11 bicycles, expensive spare parts, sale deed of the house and important documents.
