Sometime back we saw the teaser of ‘Ranchi Diaries’ which is directed by Sattwik Mohanty and Co-produced by Anupam Kher under the banner Actor Prepares. From the teaser, we got a little clue that the movie is weaved around a bank robbery.
Now the makers have come up with the full-fledged trailer of the movie. From the trailer movie, ‘Ranchi Diaries’ appears to be promising heist comedy. A group of down-on-luck youths, played by Soundarya Sharma, Himansh Kohli, Taaha Shah Badusha, and company, has to procure a huge sum to get out of a mess and with no other option to arrange for the huge sum, they plan to rob a bank, by learning techniques of robbery from the dubbed version of movie Ocean’s Eleven.
Looking at the trend nowadays when many directors are looking to make movies with smaller budgets outside the ultra-rich terrains of metropolitan cities and the NRI world, ‘Ranchi Diaries’ is yet again a movie on the same lines.

In the movie, we will also get to see Anupam Kher as a corrupt politician, while Jimmy Sheirgill and Satish Kaushik play cops. The movie ‘Ranchi Diaries’ is scheduled to release on October 13.
