Bejoy Nambiar's Revenge Drama 'Taish' to Premiere Digitally

Bejoy Nambiar's upcoming revenge drama ‘Taish’ is all set to digitally premiere on the OTT platform, ZEE5 from 29 October onwards. ‘Taish’ will mark the fifth directorial venture of "Wazir" and "Shaitan" fame, Bejoy Nambiar. What is even more interesting is the fact that ‘Taish’ will release as a feature movie as well as a series of six episodes. A few images have also been doing rounds on the internet, giving viewers a sneak peek into the upcoming project. The images feature Pulkit Samrat in a dashing look with blood on his clothes, while Kriti and Jim can be seen in a romantic embrace. Rane dons a completely new look with hair differently styled, thick beard and a tattoo on his face. Talking about his venture, director Nambiar defined the movie as a promising tale that would transport the viewers to a different life full of odds and the emotions and perseverance required to fight the same.

‘Taish’ is a tale of revenge, loosely based on the lives of two families. The families unfortunately go through an incident that gives rise to many odds and a stormy, wild situation. Makers promise a journey full of thrill, love and revenge, ready to transport the viewer to a wild side of life. The movie features an ensemble cast including Pulkit Samrat, Jim Sarbh, Kriti Kharbanda, Harshvardhan Rane, Ankur Rathee, Sanjeeda Sheikh and others. Pulkit Samrat reportedly quoted that the characters are passionate enough to have their hard work reflected through their performances, while Jim Sarbh called the movie as a thrilling story of relationships among males. Kriti on the other hand, expressed her excitement by calling ‘Taish’ as one of the most passionate ventures, also hinting the presence of a dramatic wedding, faltered relationships and broken trusts. ‘Taish’ is jointly produced by Bejoy Nambiar and Nishant Pitti.
