Meenakshi Seshadri left Bollywood, but that star will always be recognized for her power-packed appearances in films like Ghatak, Damini, Ghayal, Hero, amongst others. The lady, who ruled the 80s and 90s with her performance abilities and detailed looks, dodged all the name and fame to marry and become settled in the US. The star today is managing a happy married life across seven seas playing the parts of a loving wife and a caring mother of her teenage daughter and a son, absolutely great in real life. The star was last observed in Ghatak in 1996.
Meenakshi was recently in Mumbai to attend a movie event. While her appearance was a big surprise for all her lovers, she amazed quite a rare with her looks too. With the well-toned figure, vintage hair and natural beauty, Meenakshi have not just aged beautifully but also looks gorgeous and charming as ever. And among others, the one who appeared to be most fascinated by her beauty was actor Rishi Kapoor. The jubilant star, who was quite eager to meet her Damini co-star, shared this photograph on his twitter account. And like us, even Rishi himself admitted how he seemed much older than Meenakshi, who experienced the screen space with him in the 90s. He even titled the picture as, 'Any guesses who this is? I didn't recognize her for a moment. What a lovely surprise. Name in 30 mins no hints.'
Rishi Kapoor shared this image and wrote, '99% hit it right. 'Meenakshi Sheshadhari' as always when in Mumbai gives us a visit unannounced. Looking gorgeous!' After sweating in a number of hit films, Meenakshi concluded she'd had enough of the limelight and retired from movies in order to concentrate on her family. She moved to Dallas, USA. Like maximum actors who've said goodbye to Bollywood, Meenakshi too was misremembered. But thanks to detective Rishi Kapoor, she was freshly dragged out of limbo when he tweeted these pictures.
